To initiate your order the following steps are required:
1.
Email a low resolution PDF to sbromley@olympusmediallc.com and cc the Olympus Media Salesperson. Please include the name of the advertiser in the subject line and the final size of the billboard.
2.
Upload the production ready file here or files under 10mb can be emailed to sbromley@olympusmediallc.com
The following program files are accepted:
Adobe Illustrator CS3 or earlier Adobe Photoshop CS2 or earlier Adobe InDesign CS2 or earlier
Include both Screen and Printer Fonts or convert to paths or outlines.
Digital images must be saved as CMYK tiff files @ 500ppi. 1/4" scale.
All art must be to scale 1/4"=1ft
For example:
12'x40' at 1/4" scale = 3" x 10" actual size
10'x30' at 1/4" scale = 2.5" x 7.5" actual size
PMS® colors must be provided to ensure correct color output.
The viewing size is the same as the actual billboard size. Bleeds are not required.
Note:
Web graphics are 72ppi and not high enough resolution for large scale graphics. Some web sites offer high resolution images for download. This is acceptable only if the images meet the above specs.
