James A. McLaughlin has over 30 years of senior management experience in the outdoor advertising industry. Jim is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Olympus Media, LLC.
He has previously served as President of the Chancellor Outdoor Group, a company that consisted of over 44,000 advertising displays. Chancellor became the third largest outdoor advertising company (in terms of revenue) in North America in the late 90's through numerous acquisitions and new market development.
Jim has also served as a General Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Triumph Outdoor, President and Chief Executive Officer of POA Acquisition Corporation and the Managing Partner of Turner Outdoor Advertising of Atlanta.
Jim and his wife Amy reside in Atlanta (Buckhead), Georgia with their daughter Cory Mae. Jim enjoys golf, horseback riding, hiking, boating, work outs and spending time with his family.
Ray Moyers has experienced all facets of the business in his thirty eight years in the outdoor advertising industry. Currently serving as Sr.VP/Chief Operating Officer of Olympus Media, LLC, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company and assists with developing new markets.
Ray began his professional career in 1970 as a real estate rep with Whiteco Industries in Dallas, Texas. He managed five plants for Whiteco over a ten year period. He was VP of Sales for Melweb Signs in Florida for seven years before joining Peterson Outdoor Advertising in 1987. Ray served as VP/General Manager of POA plants in Ocala and Orlando, Florida. When POA sold to Universal Outdoor in 1996, he was appointed Regional Director for the five Florida plants. Upon the merger of Universal and Eller Media, he stayed on as President of Eller Media’s Orlando Division.
In 1998, Ray moved west to head up the Denver office of Triumph Outdoor to develop transit markets in Colorado. Some 200 shelters were developed in 15 municipalities in two years. This operation was acquired by Chancellor Outdoor Group and then successfully sold in 1999.
Before his current stint with Olympus Media, LLC, Ray was VP/COO of Olympus Media Group in Orlando, Florida, the successor of Bressler Outdoor Advertising. Bressler/OMG grew to over 2000 sign faces in twenty-three states in five years and successfully sold all of the assets in 2004.
Bob Gronek became in-house counsel for the Company in September, 2006 and had served as the Company's outside general counsel since its formation in 2004. He is responsible for management and oversight of all legal matters relating to the Company's operations. Prior to joining the Company, he was the managing partner of Gronek & Latham, LLP in Orlando, Florida and directed that law firm's corporate and business practice. His principal practice areas included merger & acquistions, corporate finance transactions and joint venture projects. Before joining the Orlando firm in 1996, Bob was a partner at Chernesky, Heyman & Kress, LLP in Ohio.
From 1984 through 1991, he was a principal and chief operating officer for a real estate development firm and a residential design/build company based in Hilton Head Island, SC. These companies developed a number of projects throughout the southeastern United States.
Bob graduated from Duke Law School in 1978 after serving in the USAF. He has his undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University.
Greg has nearly 20 years of experience in the outdoor industry. As Vice President of Finance, he heads the accounting department for the
company.
Prior to joining Olympus Media, Greg was Chief
Financial Officer for Roberts Realty Investors, Inc., a REIT based in
Atlanta. He was Chief Financial Officer of Reagan National Advertising
for eight years. Reagan operates outdoor advertising structures in
Utah, Nevada, and Austin, Texas. He also served as Midwest Region
Controller for Gannett Outdoor Advertising, which, at the time, was the
largest outdoor advertising company in North America.
Greg is a
Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Kansas State University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He enjoys camping,
fishing, and spending time with his family.
As Vice President, Mike is responsible for managing all sales efforts for Olympus Media.
Prior to joining Olympus Media, Mike held the position of real estate manager for Prime Outdoor. He was directly responsible for all new development and leasing activity throughout Kentucky, southern Indiana and Illinois. Earlier he worked as a sales consultant for Orr Safety, one of the nation's largest privately owned safety distributors. Mike graduated from the Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management.
He resides just outside of Atlanta with his wife Stephanie and their sons Tyler and Luke.
A multi-year veteran of the outdoor advertising industry, Randy Romig hails from Pennsylvania. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English from the Pennsylvania State University System, also having done further graduate study at Villanova University. Before entering the outdoor advertising arena, Randy taught English and was Supervisor of Language Arts for a school system northwest of Philadelphia.
Randy’s tenure in the outdoor industry began with Creative Displays, then moving successively to Turner Outdoor, Capitol Outdoor, Outdoor Systems, Viacom Outdoor and Adams Outdoor. With all of those companies, his major responsibilities comprised leasing, government affairs, and acquisitions.
Randy has served for five years as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Cobb Symphony Orchestra. Currently, he is fulfilling his second term as President of the Atlanta Opera Guild. In the past he has been President of the Outdoor Advertising Association of Georgia, as well as Vice President of the Legislative Committee of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America.
Father of three daughters and grandfather of six boys and girls, Randy is married to Dawn Eileen Romig. They reside in Vinings, a suburb of Atlanta.
Kurt McLaughlin has over fifteen years of experience in the outdoor advertising industry and is currently the Vice President of Real Estate for Olympus Media, LLC, overseeing the real estate portfolio. This involves much interaction with state DOT agencies and local municipalities. He also assists with due diligence and integration work of the M&A Department.
Previously, Kurt served as the Real Estate Manager and Operations Manager for Olympus Media Group. He was part of the National Real Estate Team that traveled the United States developing lease sites for the company. He successfully obtained many leases in spite of demanding regulatory environments and heavy competition.
Kurt began his career in the outdoor industry as a billposter with POA Acquisiton Corp in Orlando. In addition to billposting. He also worked with Outdoor Systems in Central Florida as an account executive.
Kurt lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with wife, Sissy along with their son Seth, and daughter Sydney. Kurt enjoys golfing, skiing, scuba diving and spending time with his family.
Wendy supports the Executive Team at Olympus Media. She joined the Company in November 2006, and the primary focus of her job is to assist with legal issues. Prior to working at Olympus, Wendy was a senior litigation secretary in the Atlanta office of a national law firm for over 10 years. She has experience with class action lawsuits, general commercial litigation, labor and employment law and real estate. In 1991 she graduated from Sweet Briar College with a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and a minor in Spanish. Recently, she earned a paralegal certificate from the University of Georgia.
Wendy lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, Burrell, and their two children, Elizabeth and Darby.

Carlene Parsons has 23 years of experience in the outdoor advertising industry currently serving as Accounting & Corporate Office Manager of Olympus Media. She began her career in 1985 with Peterson Outdoor Advertising later known as POA and Universal Outdoor as Sales Assistant and Office Manager. In May 1998 Carlene entered into a new start-up venture with Jim McLaughlin as Executive Assistant for Triumph Outdoor and Chancellor Outdoor Group.
After Chancellor's sale to Lamar, Carlene joined Bressler Outdoor in January 2001 where she entered the accounting side of the outdoor industry as Assistant Controller managing the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments as well as HR functions. She also helped coordinate the generation of various sales, real estate and operational reports.
Carlene resides in Cumming, Georgia, and enjoys traveling with her husband, Darryl, and two college aged boys, Chris & Mike, as well as reading, hiking, relaxing with friends, and simply enjoying the small things in life.

Pete has been working in the Information Technology field for more then 25 years. His current position as the Olympus Media IT Director utilizes his past IT experiences in network administration, software development, and computer operations.
Pete's outdoor advertising career began in 1990, when he joined the POA corporate staff as the IT Manager. In addition to performing some accounting activities, he provided IT support for multiple regional offices. He also used his programming background to provide management with software tools to more effectively analyze data. Pete stayed on briefly as a Regional IS Manager when Universal Outdoor acquired POA. He then decided to move cross country to pursue other ventures, but still remained closely associated with the outdoor advertising industry. Working as a Software Developer/Consultant at BDO Seidman in Minneapolis, his primary focus was on supporting and improving the software used by numerous outdoor companies (Clear Channel, Adams, Pattison, and Burkhart, amongst others). In 2000, he started his own IT consulting business which he operated for six years before escaping the frozen tundra of Minnesota for the warmer confines of Georgia and Olympus Media.
Steven Smith has been working in the Outdoor Advertising industry for over 20 years. Steve started with Turner Outdoor and has worked with POA Acquisition Corporation, Universal Outdoor, Transit America, Triumph Outdoor, Chancellor Media, Lamar Advertising, Eller Media, Clear Channel Outdoor before coming to Olympus Media, LLC. Steve has worked as a Mechanic, Posting Supervisor, Rotary Supervisor, Paint Shop Manager, Sales Service Manager, Charting Manager, Marketing Manager and is currently the Corporate Operations Manager for Olympus Media, LLC.
Steve and his wife Sherrye reside in Cumming,
Georgia with their dog Dixie Belle. Steve enjoys reading, woodworking,
playing with Dixie and anything that gets him outside.
