Olympus Media LLC is a fast paced, high-energy billboard company. Our clients are local advertisers and agencies. We are expanding our sales presence and have current openings for a Market Manager in the Kansas City area to sell to regional advertisers.
Market Managers are responsible for growing revenues and maximizing inventory by developing, selling and maintaining clients. They work directly with customers to educate them on how outdoor advertising can help them grow their business through a needs based analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Generate new business by prospecting and cold calling for new clients
• Generate in-person pre-set appointments
• Manage and grow current client base
• Set and manage territory sales including, prioritizing and organizing sales calls based on maximum potential return.
• Manage market pricing and occupancy
• Daily trips to market for cold calling and meetings – local travel is required
• On-going coordination with GM to stay on account strategy and sales plans
• Meet and exceed revenue goals
• Prepare and review sales reports and weekly forecasts
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• Possess strong communication skill, both verbal and written
• Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
• Excellent interpersonal skill’s
• Minimum 2 years of outdoor, radio or tv sales with successful track record.
• Proven closer, dedicated and driven, strong work ethic,
• Solid presentation skills
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and MSWord
